I rode that Zontes 310-T from Pretoria to Verneukpan and on to Cape Town. From there it went to Gamkaskloof and back. They fitted knobblies, and off it went to CABC. Tough little bikes these! This model still has the alloy wheels (17" front). I understand the 19" front wheel version with spoked wheels are on their way.

Very nice photo's! This looks like an excellent event - when I'm tall enough to ride, one day. That mud bath though ...!

I dont think it was quite planned, but also not a o fok moment yet

I happend to be waiting at the turnoff with my camara. rider in picture didnt see the turnoff until he was on it and locked the rear wheel. but he was in control. and just wanted the photo afterwards
