Not commercially. You build your own.

Yes, but not completed. Needed some mods to get it stable at speed. Life interrupted.

You are welcome to this one. Depending on your tug bike its a good start. I can help you with the parts for the bike hook. And the mods necessary.

Its 90% there. Been standing outside for a few years. Needs a strip and re-grease. Wheelbase must be shortened 200mm. Its good for 100-110km/h. At 130km/h it starts to weave. I'll send you the CAD drawings if you going to do a tow hook. If you going to do an axle hook, like your pic, you'll have to re-engineer a bit. We can then talk about the hook angle, which is bike specific.
