I enjoyed this one.
Done it a couple of times but always nice to see somebody else with nice video equipment take us up there. :ricky:

It was dry when I did Sani up 'boom2boom' timed, just to see how quick I could do it: exactly 15 minutes, on my 701, which translates to something like a 36.5km/h average if I remember correct.
Any other idjits who did same?  :P

That's definitely not a scenic ride. Well done and you weren't carrying luggage either.

I walked a DRZ400 down that entire pass with a front wheel puncture and got nearly as far as the Sani Pass Hotel until some kind soul gave me Tyreweld

That's definitely not a scenic ride. Well done and you weren't carrying luggage either.
If I'm not mistaken I remember hearing Mr Boshoff say he did it in 9min up.

Went up and down last week. The condition of the pass is probably the worst that I have seen it. At the end of the day it is all about the scenery - not many places can rival it on a clear day.
