Extra fuel carrying options on the 690 seem to be:
a) rally type setup with a small aux tank on the left and right side - like Omega setup
b) under seat options - Rade - limited capacity
c) single aftermarket tank - Safari etc.
For those that have gone down this route, could you please share your decision making process and what you subsequently experience was living with your choice.
I lean towards a Safari style tank. I think its going to be a more robust option than the Omega, and not change the bikes characteristics too much.
Rade/ under seat options imho are not sufficient capacity, but perfect for not affecting the handling much.
