Great video.  I could almost see him growing younger as he sat on that bike, revving the engine.

I lost my 95 year old Dad on Christmas morning.
This gentle old man reminds me of my Dad.

Someone is cutting onions again.
Old, grey, crafty...

You can do anything if you have enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is the yeast that makes your hopes rise to the stars. Enthusiasm is the sparkle in your eyes, the swing in your gait, the grip of your hand, the irresistible surge of will and energy to execute your ideas. Enthusiasts are fighters. They have fortitude. They have staying qualities. Enthusiasm is at the bottom of all progress. With it, there is accomplishment. Without it, there are only alibis.

We chatted the other day about still having our parents around. It is a blessing. My parents moved into our house yesterday. They looked after me for 60 years, now I have the privilege to hopefully looking after them for a few.

60 Years. You must be the oldest teenager in town.
You are  privileged to still have both your parents.

Indeed, read my signature line.  :lol8: My only regret is that my father never got to go on a trip with me. I am trying to get him in the sidecar.

Try to persuade him... even if just for a 10km jaunt.
I still wanted to do stuff with my Dad, but he cot the Corona in hospital for a bad leg... and then it was over in 9 days.

Sorry for the hijack on the old ballie with the DKW. I wasn't thinking... just sad.
