Auriol twice winner on BMW in the early years of the Paris Dakar passed away today. He also won once competing on four wheels

Covid related disease.

He had a huge comorbidity though.......that BMW he raced. :pot: :pot:

He was also race manager for a long time in the Dakar.

What a legend! I loved his first Cagiva ride, think it was 85? What a machine.
