I have been working in the retail sector for the last 25 years and in the bike industry for the last 12. I think anyone in the retail sector will tell you that it starts to wear you down.

In the last year and a half I have been studying part time and recently I earned my SAS Base certification. With this I have received a job offer with IQVIA to become a Programmer/Analyst.

And so at the end of this month I will be leaving Mad Macs Motorcycles to pursue this new career.

Looking forward to the new challenges.

I am guessing I will have to ask a MOD to change my forum name. And I will obviously no longer be a Vendor. But I will still be around. Maybe ride my bike some more as I will no longer be working Saturdays.  :ricky: :ricky: :ricky:

Congrats and many blessings!!!  :thumleft:

02/02/12 - RIP Glen - the Arrow of Elliot and the little man with the big heart that truly was larger than life.

You have touched us and left us better for having known you - even if it was only briefly.

For grabbing the moment and living the day It's been way too early that you were taken away

I was lucky in a sense - Lockdown gave me 3 weeks of  full day study leave , and then another 5 weeks of half day study leave.

So I managed to do BIG chunk of the studies without having to my day job as well.
