Ek dink nou weer dis vrek nice, die Rally is regtig 'n mooi fiets "in the flesh". As mens nie plastics en so wil he nie kan jy mos die L kry?

As my bootjie inkom gaan ek weer 'n Rally nader skraap.

Picked up the 300L today.
I like the look of it.
Will pass on feedback from tomorrow onwards.

Lyk nogal the Business.......nice ligte adventure bike, nice tank, reliable.

BoosterPlug, LED Spots, Tool Tubes, RustStop, Kappa Screens, Top boxes, Tank Bags, ATG Gear - whatever works for me.

Challa

Ek kom binnekort Slaapstad toe.
As genoeg mense belangstel reel ons dit oor twee of drie dae.

LED flikkerligte en 10% minder top end torq as die 300cc, I can live with that.

I absolutely love this little bike.
It moves my 112kg frame from 0-110kph in less than 160meters. (the tar strip from our town exit towards Beaufort before it turns to a gravel road.)

Altie

As a kid I was properly dewormed and weigh around 110kg as mentioned.I rode the 300 for about 50km today in our quarry, on the open road (gravel) and I also did a 10km stint on tar.
This bike does 120km easily on the open road and it will surprise many riders in the technical stuff.

What I like:

- The first three gears makes mincemeat of climbing, slow speed tech riding, and quick pull away's.
- The rest of the gears feels as if it keeps on delivering and just when you think "ok surely, this must be it", it keeps on going.
- The engine does not stress at all. You get the idea that if re-fueling whilst riding was possible - the bike would just keep on going forever.
- Service intervals of 12000km
- Tyres (they got it right this time) I like them a lot.
- Big footpegs
- The seat is fantasic. - VERY comfortable
- The exhaust sounds very healthy - unlike the 250 that sounded like an asthma sufferer over the phone.
- The suspension front and rear is much better than the 250 - VERY MUCH BETTER
- The seat height is perfect - my 1,96 frame sat comfortably, and so did my 1,72 plaintiff.
- It feels very light and nimble - really it does.
- The cockpit is practical and easy to read whilst riding.
- The ABS that can be switched off is a thing of beauty.
- Brakes is really good.

What I don't like:
-The handlebar looks cheap - a R650 fix.
- The headlight and indicators would have been nice in LED
