I've bought a few things. Been happy with service.

They do not carry stock and do not have a warehouse.

They order and import from overseas as you place your order.

They are way too expensive.
Can might as well just order it yourself.

As for now, all you can do is wait or cancel the order

I spoke to a shop owner yesterday about the lack of stock. Apparently a lot of stuff is in warehouses at customs, waiting to be sanitized, before it can be delivered.

I had the same problem. Blamed it on Covid. If you cancel there’s a cancellation fee. Never again

Ordered kit in September, still waiting. A month ago the reply was that they are waiting for the shipment to be released from the supplier overseas

Last order, could not supply what I have ordered, offered a cheaper item but no refund  on price difference, other item incorrectly supplied, refund received. Use to get good service but will not use them again. Focus moved to vehicle detailing by the looks of it.

This story of Sanitizing cargo is utter BS. I have 20 and 40ft containers + a heap of LCL,s arriving on a regular basis at my warehouse and non are delayed or being "sanitized" I was still receiving goods in the height of level 5 lockdown

COVID is the go too excuse for every issue supply chain related at the moment.

I work in the logistics industry and the sanitizing is nonsense but what is a reality is the delays in shipping since April last year, some shipments take two months that used to take four weeks.

You are correct yes. Let me clarify my statement. There have been and currently are huge delays especially out of India and China with excessive additional costs but for all intensive purposes cargo has still been arriving and I have experienced minimal delays in getting freight out of Europe

I ordered hand guards in December. Still waiting.

I will close my account as soon as these arrive eventually.
