Enough of this shit, it's time to clear the head.
Was supposed to fly to Rwanda yesterday to start my new contract, in a career change necessitated under these trying times. A brilliant opportunity and one that's taken the best part of a year to finalise, with investors etc.
Then along came the SA variant of covid. I am barred from entering Rwanda (since last week), and may end up forfeiting my position.
Fuck this world. It almost becomes believable how someone jumps from tall buildings.
Going to make my way southward through the Free State, around Lesotho and into the EC mountains. I have no timeframe and no route planned. Each day will determine my direction. If I'm up to it I will post a report at the end of it all.
