Anybody know who this dingbat is that tours with a can of spray paint and a stencil, spraying an alien face on road signs all over the Cape Provinces?

Probably one of the same idiots who stick their WD and other stickers over road signs. Easier to do spray can than carry stickers around.

I don't agree with this, but as Gerrard said what is the difference. We are fine with the walls being sprayed in our town centres but forbid someone sprays a pass board

Stickers can be cleaned off.. mountain passes is doing a good job.
