Not really a study then is it...more like - i made my mind up..
Just like you made up your mind I am talking kak... :deal: :sip:

Not all study and research is done to elucidate others but to understand the psyche of a megalomaniac that started a crazy religion.
I suggest you do the same and become enlightened for once... O0

oh I have, wouldnt call it a study though.  the conclusion I came to is that all religions are sometimes intolerant warmongers.  I can back that up by many facts through the ages--- undeniably so.  you only think your god is better than the other man's god --- its only like your opinion man...

You brought "my" God into the debate and it is irrelevant what my belief is, I found enough evidence to support my view thanks... in BOOKS by the way.
So go and chase another wild goose... :snorting:

Actually Rob, the first one to bring religion into this thread was you (not Kilroy), when in Reply 17 you made disparaging remarks about the prophet Mohammed. Now that is the same as someone making false and derogatory claims about Jesus. Why would it be acceptable behaviour from you to diss Mohammed, but not if someone else would diss Christ? Come on man, I know you to be a better person than this.

Rob dont respect other religions, only his own.

He calls Islam - an intolerant religion.

He misses the irony..

......and right here is the real reason wars are fought over religion, failure by parties to accept middle ground.

It will rage eternal.

Comparing the two a bit more scientifically...

Mo said he was a prophet of god

JC said he was a prophet and the son of the same god.

The bigger the claim, the more evidence is required?

Imo neither can prove their claim without at least proving god.  So where does that leave us?

Back on track.

I see that Total has pulled all its personnel, rightfully so and with the declaration comes a lot of cancelled contracts. Now Moz can sit there licking its wounds with nearly one million people displaced and hungry

Thats one way to put the economy transformation on the back seat.

Mozambique should just accede to being colonialised by people who can run a country and an economy.  Like in the old days.  They will never have it so good. Goes for the rest of Africa too.

The Chinese are already there, 11 years ago I rode my bike over the unity bridge heading from Tanzania into Northern Moz, there was not even a border post, we had to ride down to Pemba.

All you have to do is look at the massive deforestation happening in Northern Moz which Chinese truck drivers etc to realise that the Chinese are everywhere milking the natural resources for all its worth.

Yeah, I worked there a number of times over the years, last time being 2012, the locals had a foul taste in their mouths over the Chinese, there was some deal about roads which went south at the time. One such occurrence that my company at the time benefited from was the government booting all Chinese communication equipment from the public and private sector - the Chinese manufacturers undercut everybody on hardware and closed the deals, there was supposed to be a skills transfer process for support purposes but the Chinese reneged and tried to shove very expensive support staff down everybody's throats.
I haven't been in a while, an ex colleague says that there are a large number of empty Chinese built high-rise buildings on the coast just north of Maputo.
It's the end of the road as we know it and I feel fine.
