Track Daze

Just finished building an  08 RM 250, last smoker Zook made. So loaded the 93 and 08 RM 250 and took my son Marc to the track, the burn some 2 stroke oil , a buddy took a few pics. have a  look

Those are 2 lekker looking bikes. For interest sake, what is the weight difference between the 2?

Yeo Gerald, some upgrade (and then some more) from the  RM125 .

Bikes look good -  knowing your work, probably even better in real life   :drif:

Good to see you out there enjoying them.

Great bikes, really sorry that the Japs have turned their backs on 2strokes.

Yamaha only carries on with the 15 year old YZ250 because, old as the design is, it still sells well.

2SD u right a pity the Japs dropped smokers, only Euro trash left. and most are KTM now even a red KTM now. But the YZee still sells not cheap though. 
Beserker not sure when VMX goes back to WP. covid fucked up a lot, even the Retro Roof has gone dead in the water The full floater PE is waiting in the wings, also building a 77 125, just picked up an ally tank for it. Need to find a skilled panel beater not a body filler.
