Hi all,
I hope you are looking forward to Dakar 2009! I was bitterly disappointed in January when 2008 Dakar was canceled, but I guess that is Africa!
As I am sure most of you will know, Simon Pavey will be attempting the 2009 Dakar on a BMW G650 Xchallenge. I assume that he is not using the new 800 twin as it is not yet proven?
Finally, do you think BMW will ever again be able to win (ie: beat KTM in) the Dakar?
