Smaller plates crossing border

Anyone ever had problems going in and out of SA with smaller lic plates ? Namibia for instance

In the past seven years only one traffic official stopped us in Karasburg.

Ok all the normal sized ones ends up cracked and destroyed on my bike. Maybe the small one will last

Been too Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland with small plates and no issues thus far.

Mosselbaai was a different storyÖ..

Ek het deur Bots tot in Swakop gery en terug met klein plaatjie! Geen probleem!

You can get metal plates legal or smaller at Nelís Motor Trimmers in North End, PE...

Iíve had one break, but mounted the next one differently, by folding over the curved profile of the  mudguard - and it seems to be holding...

Looks like you need to hang it with cable ties so it can swing out the way

Laaste tyd ry ek sonder een, maar hy(legal blik skinkbord) is in die top box. So word ek afgetrek en die generaal vra my waar is lisensie disc, in my beursie en ek wys hom. Nommerplaat? Ek se in topbox, Hoekom? Ek se ek kry nie van die wit rivets om dit legal te doe nie! Kyk die man my aan, bars uit van die lag en se mnr jy praat dam nou kak! So lag ons altwee toe ek groet en ry.
