Anyone catch this on Supersport 6 last night, just happened to be flicking them channels and stumbled upon the start of it.

Looks like quite a tough race through the Australian outback and was referred to more than once as the Southern Hemisphere Dakar. They use the same road book setup for navigation. Added danger of whacking a roo as one poor bloke did on a bike, completely ripped the front end off.

Won by a bloke on a CRF450 eventually.

Look out for the repeats, well worth watching.

I have been following some on the race prep on ADV rider.

I wonder why something like this is not held in SA  ???
