If it has to be a twin, then T7 for sure.

Else the XTZ660: costs a fraction, weighs less, similarly suspended (aka crappy), less power

Get this one:

500cc parallel twin with a 270 degree crank
6 speed box with close ratios in 1-3 and a comfortable cruise of 130km/h
hand guards, screen, luggage rack and bash plate as standard
25km/liter with a 17 liter tank
Lightweight slip-on that sounds good
Sprung properly for a 90kg rider with 25kg luggage, touring seat, seat 830mm high
Tubeless spoked rims
Sub 200kg wet weight
R150k price range
10 000km service interval

When you find the unicorn, let me know where
And when you woke up, your coffee was cold.

Surely possible, but not with a R 150k budget. Add at least another R 100k to get to your imaginary requirements.

Then imagine the complaints about the price tag.

Dream on...

Leave off the fancy screens, computers, traction control, riding modes, ABS, DCT and all the other girly bits that only the posers need, and they might get close.  :pot:
T7 is close to your requirements.

ABS is the only riding aid you'll find on the T7.

I reckon many of us would love a bike like your dream bike.

A future 490 KTM Twin could come close, if it's based on a 500 Enduro.

I had the 2016 KTM 500 XCW. Did not have any rider aids. I would love a 500 twin motor in that frame, with the gearbox you suggested, nothing else.

The price for even such a basic twin I reckon will be close to R200k.

If you don't ride in the gnarliest of terrain, the T7 should be your first choice. I love mine.

Agreed, good choice, the T7 is an awesome piece of kit. It's a pity that saffers have to eat a one third price premium over what customers in the states pay. 200k equates to more than 13 thousand dollars, makes my eyes water...
You only live once...and don't let a few Rand spoil that for you.
