Doubt it - thats the old 1200 Motor - oil-cooled, which I dont think they even make anymore?

So I reckon its something that someone built for themselves....?

I know with project 199 (or K199, or 'Rambler'), BMW Motorrad were working with Touratech on a concept bike - or somesuch just a couple of years back, dont know if there is a link to this new project, but they rationalise how they can use a different motor, and get away without using Telelever, etc:

"they took the 1200 R roadster engine gear box and frame and mated it with the shaft drive system of the GS. The added benefit of the roadster is that the engine doesn’t make anymore power than the GS. This then meant they could ditch the telelever of the GS and use a conventional fork and a 21-inch front wheel."
