Lowering 2010 G450X
« on: September 06, 2021, 03:54:34 pm »
Hi All

Recently bought a 2010 G450X with 40 odd hours on. Would like to lower the bike for someone thats 1.7m.

What options are available / suggestion do you have?

Is there a suspension specialist you can recommend?

Thanks

A 2010 model year; does it have Gold forks?

On lowering it, that IS a tricky one, I would write to Bling King (Denver Biggs) on this Forum, he is up your way, and may know of a solution.

Never heard of anyone trying to lower one, I own one, and they are TALL bikes.
Cheers
Chris

I can lower it for you - but you will have to send me the forks and shock. I am in Cape Town...

Thanks Chris. It has black forks, registered in May 2010, so don’t know if 2010 model year. Will make contact with Denver.
