Front end weaving after new tyres

Hi folk, I need some help please. I recently got a 2018 690 R with very low kms, under 3k. It runs great however after installing some D606's front and rear I get a weave at just over 100km/h on tar, to the point of not being comfortable in going any faster. This is not normal as I've had these tyres before on my BMW XC with no hassles.

I also had rim locks installed and my best guess at this point is that it's a wheel balancing issue?
