Guys, how else was he to recover that bike? I agree that it came over the higher gabion wall. Somehow he had to make a plan to get the scoot on the back of the Ford bakkie to present the damage to his insurers.
This is not life or death. It is an internet forum.

3 or 4 big guys would be able to pick that up and carry it over
I have seen videos with 3 criminals stealing a GSA out of a garage and carrying it over the owners Car bonnet
Cant say that they didnt cause damage, but it can be picked up

It could be a recovery by the insurance who have already written it off ..who knows

Insurance companies dont write bikes off on the side of the road.
The bike will be transported to a BMW dealership and properly assessed before such a decision will be made.

This was a typical "I-have-money-and-I-have-insurance-and-dont-give-a-fuck-and-I-want-this-bike-to-be-written-off" attitude  :patch:

The world is small, especially in South Africa, and I hope for the owner of the bike that the insurance company dont get to
identify them from the video, cause surely questions will be asked.......
