The Rocket3 reminds me of the 70's Yamaha triple 4strokes, almost lazy-sounding even when ridden in anger.

But for me, 300kg and more than 2lt is going towards BossHoss country.

I grew up in Welkom where the standard was a 1L Klippies, 2L Coke and XR6 Cortina, so the Rocket does it for me.

But then I am a bit biased. Traded my Dyna Wide Glide and took delivery of a Rocket 3 Classic this afternoon

Congrats!  That beast must be such an effortless open-road cruiser. Wanna pass? Just think about it and you're gone ahead. :ricky:

Thanks Dan. It is mind numbing fast. Late yesterday afternoon took it out on the N2 towards JBay. No matter what speed, twist the throttle and it just goes. Effortless. A big difference to the Harley.
I will always have a soft spot for Harley, but man, this Rocket lives up to its name.
And @Tom van Brits there was no time for pics will try and get some this afternoon.
