A BIG thank you to Albert from Go Gravel for replacing my 40L soft luggage bag.
After a recent trip around Lesotho, one of the tie down loops tore as a result of me probably not tying the bag down correctly.
A month after the trip i contacted them to find out if they can repair it. On their own accord they collected the bag by courier and replaced it with a new one.
I am not just super impressed by their excellent service but the quality of the bag and the price is great.
