The RAF is funded from a levy on fuel, so all vehicles that run on fuel are covered for third party personal injuries.  :sip:

Where does this leave electric vehicles? 
If you are hit by someone riding a Zero or other electrically driven motorcycle  :ricky:
will the RAF theoretically* cover the personal injuries?:patch:

(*For the purposes of this thread, let's ignore the RAF's monetary woes for now!)  :sip:
