I've seen single cylinder Harley's from 110 years ago but the badge is definitely from a modern era
Not to mention the rest of the bike
The older I get, the earlier it gets late

Engine and drivetrain appears to be from a moped (help my trap) and is a two stroke.

Besides the HD name plate, I doubt if much on this boney is HD.

Still a nice custom project, and will draw attention.

Looks like one of these projects found at  https://www.ecotrax.biz/index.php

That front end looks like real piece of work.

Very interesting indeed.

Some people won't see it as pedals, but rather as "rotational cruiser pegs"  :pot:

That front end arrangement will be an education on "the caster effect".....assuming it will get up to PnP trolley speed, the rider will soon learn who the pivot point should be ahead of the the wheel axis.

These "springer" forks are actually very, very stable due to the long wheelbase they create, they just need a freeway to turn in.

In 1982, I bought a 650 Thunderbolt B.S.A. from a guy in Athlone, and it went very well at highway speeds.

Just need strong arms to manouvre at parking pace, as the wheel "flops" over and has to be forced to the centre position again.
