It just seems such a waste that all those ships were just left to "rot" away like that!   :o

Yip. When I look at this, I count my blessings. We are very fortunate in SA that things worked out peacefully. Imagine how many wrecks we would have had if this happened to us...............

Not just that, if you see what these people did to this country in 30 years.................... Eish, it is so very sad >:( >:(

I know this is an old thread, but just came across it whilst looking through the threads. On a recent trip we came past the bay of wrecks and I took some photos from the helicopter. The light wasn't that good anymore as it was quite late in the afternoon. Was also busy inside Luanda's airspace, so I apologize for the bad  quality.
