With the many paid for tours and even day trips being offered at a stuff price I would like to understand the logic behind the request for such tours.
By no means do I try and discredit such tours and our sponsors because they simply saw a gap and went for it.
I want to know why do people, in the time that the WWW is an endless source of information, still join such tours? What are the reasons? Is it the same as going to McDonalds for supper? Super fast and filling but soulless food? One just have to pitch up with money in your hand. Somebody else will take care of the rest.
If a tour operator offers a trip through a closed to the public area then I can clearly understand the need but what about the tours that are being offered which stays on well know public roads?
