1200 manual



It somehow only likes Internet Explorer and the 'anti bot' text is difficult to read sometimes. Just refresh if that's the case.

It's over 100MB and an ISO file, which means you must either extract it with something like 7zip or winrar, or burn it to a CD with something like Nero.

Maybe then the coil just got dislodged 9lack of better words) from the spark plug?

That is what i am hoping for..... i can clearly hear the High tension spark when riding.... can't hear it when idling... :(

You sure it was not ping-ing?

I hope not because then something is really f**ked...

It will lose power due to a hole in the piston. Was the noise more prevalent on one side?

It will lose power due to a hole in the piston. Was the noise more prevalent on one side?

Alan Lewis has just recieved a box or two of plugs for the 1200
They are the Bosh plugs.

I bought a set of 4 and let me tell you, you will have a smile on your face
after you have paid for them compared to BMW parts center.  8)

The GS is back on full power.....  :biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin:

Like with many electronic things i took it apart, inspected everything and put it back together again....  :thumleft:

Went for a quick 5 minute ride.... she has full power on tap and she idles right...  :thumleft:

Lets see how long it lasts...  :P
