Wilddog sets a good example - Midrand
« on: March 19, 2009, 06:32:20 pm »
This afternoon while driving home from work on the Diepsloot road a Wilddog passed me on a XT660. He was really well behaved in the traffic, and waved at every car (myself included) for moving over to let him past

Well done to you sir, for setting a good example :thumleft:

There are no short cuts to anywhere worth going!
Performance is paramount, niceties only exist if it doesn't affect performance.

Don't rush it, it's helmet time you need, not a destination. Take it easy.

I do this every time a cage pulls over for me - infact, I thought we all did???

I though so too!  It just encourages the cage drivers to make way for the next bike also.  :thumleft:

I saw that dude as well, in shorts, with a kid on the back in shorts, with no shoes on, that's a bloody disgrace to say the least. I thought it was you on the XT, but I was not sure. see ya soon.

I know you had a bad off and I wasn't sure if you rebuild or got a new one.  ;D   Sorry!
