I'm new to this type of chat forum and as with Mr Big just jumped straight in last week some time with a question without introducing myself .
Bought a 650 dakar in Feb and have loved every minute riding it .Have done about 12 000 km's since then and have seen and been to places I did'nt know existed .Unfortunately only about 20 % of that has been on dirt .I foresee that % changing rather quickly .
I was actually surfing the net looking for bike gear when I stumbled across the forum and with the advice of Michnus have now purchased some gear which I like .(Couldn't find anything in line with DS down my side of the world cause I was'nt looking in the right places).
I'm not a technically minded guy and some of the posts,abreviations and comments have sometimes been over my head, I have however found the wealth of knowledge and tips available on the site to be helpful in my love of my bike .
