Thx for the update Mal and thanks to all for your participation to date, the plan is very much in action! And yes, as mentioned, those of you interested in having your company advertised in the calendar for a small fee, please contact me – and believe me when I say you wouldn’t want to miss out on this opportunity!  :)

Your Katie is getting special treatment...  got a stunning location lined up for her!  And a stunning lass to drape herself over your baby...   :thumleft:

Is there a Triumph that can be borrowed somewhere?  All the other manufacturers are well represented.

Do they actually have any DS bikes... or just wanna-be DS bikes...

Just on another note... would it not be rather nice to use one of the golden oldies...  ?   Just a thought, use it, don't use it....

What about a Tenere....

hmm not sure if they have a real DS bike or not to be honest (I mean what does a blond know) ;) - thought there might be seeing GSW also asked... but ja, maybe for that one shot a vintage bike will work well... we know of one

Red, babes, the location we have in mind for you would suit that old Triumph Scrambler a lot, but don't panic... we have lots of time for your shoot, and we can find the best bike still for you and the location!  We'll have a DEEP discussion on what would make YOU happy!   :thumleft:

And thanks D8 for responding so quick... much appreciated!   :thumleft:  Will let you know where we are going, artisitically,  for this shoot!

Ok guys....

Next update...

Had a very successful meeting on Saturday... all is looking terrific.  We have been able to extend our range for the photography, so we have weekends allocated for trips to the Eastern Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West provinces...

All the girls have confirmed that they will be doing the shoots, and they seem to be very excited about all this...  our Film crews, lighting, power, 4x4's, make-up people, bikes required, etc are all arranged and back-up plans are in place.

The hunt for sponsors is being very well received by a lot of parties, and we are looking forward to having the 12 pages allocated to sponsors fairly soon.  All you guys hovering on possibly being involved, please contact Misty, we'd rather have WD's in this than the other companies that are showing a lot of interest.

All in all, this looks as though it's going to be a very successful project for fund-raising for PAW.

Those of you that offered bikes, locations, etc, we shall be in contact personally to arrange final details, etc. Thanks guys.

 :thumleft:

Hey, how about The Gold Nugget in Barberton... old farmhouse, with bikes... you know them ... and us, and mountains, mines, Jock of the Bushveld statue, museums and much much more on offer in Barberton!!!
