Help needed to register

Am trying to register, fill in everything required and get message that I am not typing the correct log in code?

Am not getting any code to type in - what be I doing wrong??

Apologies for that, I picked up a problem with the registration page for the new default theme we installed. You should be able to register now. PM me if you still have a problem.....
