Goodstuff, excellent photos, but for once it has to be said that this thread is (almost) useless without WORDS! Come on, spit out the details. Who cried every hour, who couldn't leave the locals alone and so on and so forth..

I can't believe I used to dislike this bike... The more I look at it now the more I dig it. (my feelings are no doubt helped along by pics like these of course)

Thanks All - I am starting to feel a bit guilty about the pics. What we did the night we got back to Windhoek was download all the images onto a laptop via card reader before we all split up. One dude then burnt them onto CD and mailed the CD's to us.

SO, just to clarify I cannot tell you who the actual photographers of the pics are....but I was there!!! I ended up with about 3000 images.

I know what you mean. I went and looked at the HP2 MegaMoto again, and it is growing on me too. Especially the colour scheme.

Just joking. Is that van Zyl's Pass and did you go up? if you did, why because I understand that the conventional overland wisdom is to go down to limt track damage?
