Wilddogs - Great People
« on: April 22, 2009, 09:12:22 pm »
This afternoon after a little incident I needed a lift so I started calling some dogs. Some didn't answer immediately as they were voting  or busy but they did call back... and soon too...  Once again the Wilddogs proved that they never hesitate to help when it's needed. Thank it's great to know you all....

Blazes, Ryperd,  Extreme,  JohnST,  Funacide,  Adventurer & Gary (Zambok Bar)

Thanks guys! :thumleft:

Now it sounds really serious which it's not and we're glad for it. It just that everybody responded willing to help - shows you what great people are around here....

In short TravelGravel fell off, hurting her shoulder to the point that she couldn't finish the ride so we needed to fetch her bike but both her and the bike is ok. Nothing broken as far as we know -  just bruised. Look out for the (short) RR for more detail  ;).

Now she's high on meds and hating the fact that she will have to ride in her cage for a couple of days!!   :imaposer:

Tell her that I remember the physical abuse I got with my eye and I will be there this afternoon to return the favor!!  >:D

Thanks for the ride yesterday guys.Sorry we got separated at the worst possible time.Thought you guys had carried on over the bridge where you stopped Jaco.
I crossed over and did some suicidal low flying to try catch up where I thought you would be never realising you had back tracked to Ino.
TG heal up that shoulder so we can dust that road off again. Thanks also to the Dawgs who helped......your'e the best.It is nice to know there are seriously great peeps out there.
JB I still think my Dakkies faster than the Katoom 990.

Hey you guys  :ricky:

Thanks for the well wishes. All is fine, except that the doctor seems to be of the opinion that I have torn ligaments or something, but then again he is only a doctor what does he know - right.  :imaposer: I firmly believe that everything will be sorted with enough dark chocolate. >:D

Pity about the off though, the route we were riding was very sweet. Plenty of stuff to keep me busy, and despite the foul weather that the morning started off with it turned onto a beautiful day.  I was chomping at the bit to go and ride it again next weekend but it seems that it may take a week or two more before I get there.  :patch:

From my side thanks a million to all the WD's we called on in the damsel in distress's hour of need - your willingness to assist is really appreciated.  :notworthy:
Of course I don't look busy .... I did it right the first time.
