Airshow pics
« on: May 18, 2009, 08:10:10 pm »
I Visited the Rand Airshow this weekend and Wanted to show you ouks some of the photos I took.
I used my Nikon D40 fitted the 70-300mm Sigma lens and shot away.
Did some post process cropping and light and colour adjustments and some noise reduction, but mostly  unchanged.

There are no short cuts to anywhere worth going!
Performance is paramount, niceties only exist if it doesn't affect performance.

Don't rush it, it's helmet time you need, not a destination. Take it easy.

Wow! nice pics
The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.

BMW 650 Dakar - don't get to ride it much anymore - my son has claimed it
Aprilia Dosodura 750 - My new bike - I love it

Not on these shots, but I bought one yesterday for my wide angle lens.
Can't wait to start paying with it.

Just some stats:
Shot 2100 pics Sunday.
Deleted a lot and was still left with about 600:o
Posted just the best of those here. ;)

Have the camera for 6 months now.
counter reset this weekend, so I shot over 10 000 photos in 6mounths ;D
