Apparently there is a process to follow to formally get approval to fit a smaller plate - ignorance is not an excuse in the eyes of the law
OK lets hear it from anyone who knows pls, factually !!! not arguing just wanna know.
On the other hand I will openly admit that according to the law I am one of those assholes who doesnt do it right or follow the rules or abide by the laws. Before you reply or saddle up your horse let me finnish.
My actions are not purposefully malicious, the things I do are calculated, in the eyes of many I am somewhat loony, but I never do anything that may put others at risk. Do I ride too fast at times, yes, if I have a few kilometers of open freeway in front of me will I wheelie down it, yes, am I inconsiderate to other road users and their safety, never.
My bads, sometimes I ride too fast, sometimes I play, often I have no number plate, wrong YES ! Why do I do this ? I spend so much time on different bikes and there are so many cameras that I just cant afford the fines. Is the throttle always pinned, NO .
Doesnt take much to get a hefty fine these days, the K1200S I ride at times will go 0 - 100 in 2.8 seconds in first gear but I dont always do it, or just keep accelerating. There is a definate line within myself which I adhere to, I respect the safety and lives of every other living being around me.
Here is the crunch, wrong is wrong, busted is busted, but what if that official - person - proffesional law enforcement officer has the attitude and form of address and lact of respect for you as a person through his words and actions that you feel violated and abused. A constant degrading manner and form of adress focused on you as a person that the only thing witholding you from tearing them apart is the fact that ultimately do respect the law and the uniform.
For 14 years I was a SWAT instructor who trained all kinds of people, cops, military, law enforcement, TRAFFIC OFFICIALS and more. Sinclair ducked out on the training when he had an opportunity, the training was hard not just physically but mentally as well but it enriched those that had the balls to do it endlessly.
I can prove and substantiate everything I have just said.
Its all about respect! No one has the right to degrade or intimidate you even if you are wrong, Sinclair has done this to me and others and its not right.
