Just a news snippet from the launch on Saturday.
SA team announced!
This amounts to becoming a Springbok in offroad motorcycle racing, and this is our 10 man team that will be cut to 6 by the time of the 2007 ISDE.
This is the first time colors have been given to riders and they should be proud to be called Springboks. They wont be racing for KTM, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki or Honda. For one there are no Honda riders
, but they will be riding for SA !

The launch was good, notably absent was anyone from the KTM team management, piss poor show KTM.
A guide to offroad racing by MSA was launched to help fund the team, anyone interested should look out for one at your local bikeshop for R99.
Was cool to have beers and chat to Lourens, Gray, Bollie, really nice guys.
Interesting is Jade Gutzeit being selected, really think its a good thing and he must get out of cars now and back onto a bike!
No Clayton Enslin although he could still make it into the team should his comeback prove to be strong and lasting.
Darryl was walking eina still, good luck on his recovery. No Dakar for the next year thats for sure.
In proper form for a RCR evening, bikes were pulled out and ridden up the bar stairs.
First was the 2007 KX450F, up rode Gray, Russell, Bollie and a few other guys.
Riding a KDX up from a standing start was the best show of skill, Grey and Russell did this.
Chuck Norris really has a poster of Gray over his bed!
