So, with no real accessories for the DR available locally, we are left to our own devices to design and build our own stuff >
Luggage carrying capacity on a DR is a issue and was again illustrated during a recent fly fishing trip to Fouriesburg.
Luckily Blazes and myself has been working for a few weeks already designing a luggage rack and having it fabricated.
Saturday we got together to do final assembly and mounting on the bike. I must say that I would have been lost without Blazes - his technical skills, well-stocked workshop and endless patience made it possible - thanks bud :thumleft:
Herewith a few pictures of the end result. Big, brutal and over-engineered in typical Kykdaar fashion.
