This is what I have to face every morning. It really is hard being a white man in Africa. :pot:

I never was much of a ATTGAT person. Never had any special jackets or pants or anything of the sort. Just regular Jeans and a leather jacket have served me well. When I started riding that was all there was - no-one had kit worth almost as much as their bikes in those days. I have nothing against it though. Might even get some at some stage. Older you get the easier you hurt and the longer it takes to heal.

Nee dit is Red Stone Hills tussen Calitzdorp en Oudtshoorn. Baie mooi plek om laatmiddag fotos te neem.
Jy is reg daar is ook sulke rooi rotsformasies tussen Oudtshoorn en De Rust.

The new Spring Grove Dam near my spot. 64% full after 9 months of impoundment.

Tommy, been out of circulation for a while and your post made me google the Spring Grove dam. Hope its brought some benefit to the area.

When you speak of impoundment.....?
