This makes me want to ride!!

Okay, still from SWA and now in Texas. Here are a few pix of where I like to ride. This is the problem, 97% of Texas is privately owned and the rest is where one can run on gravel. To get to the gravel is about 12 - 15 hours of slab. So I 'trailer' my bike there and then do some riding. This trip we went 2 up into the backside of Big Bend Ranch State park. Camp base 29°28'13.28"N 103°57'28.08"W
This was my 'attire' for the 2 up job.

The young lady had my 'staaldak' on and some mtb knee and elbow protection. She did not like the 'staaldak' headdress!!

This is where we had to park the bike ( 29°23'6.82"N 103°53'0.62"W) and hike 1 hour down and back to the 2 tallest waterfall in Texas ( 29°22'46.83"N 103°53'2.89"W).

On one or two occasions I asked her to rather walk up the hill, rather than having me let us both eat gravel. On this run I actually stopped about 30% up the run, Sandra got off and I tried all I can to take-off from there. No go, spun a rut out of the twee spoor. Had to roll the bike back and then make a go of it. Yes, the front sprocket is a 14T. Need to get a larger one on the back.

And when you are on the top it looks like this.....

...and like so...
