Hehehehehe ;D
Be careful of the words you say.
And keep them soft and sweet.
For you never know from day to day.
Which ones you'll have to eat.

Etienne

Just ignore the grandpapa's remarks here.  ;D

I got my first bike when I was 7. The younger you start the more experience you can clock up. So by the ago of 40 you would be a biking proffie ;)

He said POOCH... not POUCH...!!!
You can say any foolish thing to a dog, and the dog
will give you a look that says, ??My God, you're right!
I never would've thought of that!?

EtienneNXR, go for it, the spirit you show and your sense of adventure will fare you well, even if you are 16, you ask very relevant questions regarding biking, admirable, when most of us were 16 we thought we were too clever to ask questions, we knew it all, myself included.
Enjoy the forum......
If you can keep your head in the midst of all this confusion, you don't understand the situation!

Just do NOT learn our bad habits!!! :o
Old, grey, crafty...

You can do anything if you have enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is the yeast that makes your hopes rise to the stars. Enthusiasm is the sparkle in your eyes, the swing in your gait, the grip of your hand, the irresistible surge of will and energy to execute your ideas. Enthusiasts are fighters. They have fortitude. They have staying qualities. Enthusiasm is at the bottom of all progress. With it, there is accomplishment. Without it, there are only alibis.
Henry Ford
