Accepted indication/signal of motorcyclist requiring assistance

You're travelling along quite happily, and spot a motorbike standing next to the road. Being good fellows, we slow down to check things out. Which of the above would signal to you that the poor biker is in need of some kind of assistance...?

(Disregarding obvious clues like spanners out, luggage on the ground, biker frantically trying to wave anybody down...)
