Very nice ride report Watkykjy!! Very funny the way the guy behind the video laughs when the biker fell over. Thanks for sharing with us. I have placed this ride as a must do.

is that pass really that steep on a relatively small bike ?

It's steep...big bike, small bike (a 650 in this case) + luggage + fuel + loose rock + WatDeFokKykDjy's choice of going up the wrong way...Peter should tell the whole story.

A couple of us did Van Zyls's a couple of years ago (Metaljockey with his 1200) and we had in  mind to someday do it in reverse. Glad to see it is possible with a bit of pushing and a extra litre of water !!  Great stuff, thanks !
