Ouch! Bad dislocation and #! Don't worry Etienne, as they say you got years on your side, will heal quickly. You will need a bit of fisio though! You can expect swelling for a while due to tissue damage, it will help if you elevate your hand.

Heal well Enxr - look after that wrist - you want it to heal properly - its got to be able to twist a throttle for many years to come. Don't rush it.

Sheet, E, sterkte ou maat. I hope you are left handed. Really feel for you having just been through the same thing. If you can get them to do the plaster so you can move your elbow a bit it will save you a lot of physio afterwards.

Keep the plaster loose, and go back for a replacment every two weeks. Make sure you move your arm as much as possible (without obviously hurting your wrist).

Rally nut. What could possibly go wrong?
