Trials/ Foot-ups in PE (Photos of the evnt now posted)
« on: August 12, 2009, 09:15:10 am »
Hi All

PE trials compo is on this weekend Saturday 15th starting at between 12H30 and13H00. Last time we had allot of people wanting to watch but not finding the venue so attached is a google cut and paste of how to get there. It not a big spectator sport in PE but we welcome anyone. If you get there and dont know where to go or where to watch just ask anyone and they will help you out. Our wifes and kids all go down so there is always someone arround to ask. There are no refreshments for sale there so bring your own goodies.
The third picture shows the sections in green. The three on the right are normaly good to watch. If you dont know how to get from one section to the next just ask observers or competitors. We dont mind!

Those with bikes can (try) ride to the sections its not that bad, Just be carefull for competitors as we do fly between sections when time is running out. Dont speed and look ahead!

This looks like an event to watch!
Don’t worry about things that aren’t, worry about things that are and your decisions are so much easier to make!

Ideal for all the WD bikers to make a little afternoon trip. There are many exiting trails on the farm as well. Some to much for DS bikes though.

is this only on Saturday?
There are no short cuts to anywhere worth going!
Performance is paramount, niceties only exist if it doesn't affect performance.

Don't rush it, it's helmet time you need, not a destination. Take it easy.

Ja, only Saturday.

If you cant make it and you are interested then get hold of me and you can come and have a look at one of our practice rides. We have these almost every Sunday and sometimes on Saturdays. The venue changes as we have a few spots we ride so get hold of me.

When I do trails it's on a 640 and usually it's to save myself cos I overcooked it through a corner  :ricky:
