The horn on my KLE failed for the 3rd time in 3 years, so I decided enough is enough. I figured it is probably due to me riding in rain and sunshine, since I commute on my bike every day regardless of the weather.

I bought a new Hella disc hooter for about R100, and relocated it to inside the fairing on the right hand side, above the engine. Luckily the wires is long enough, I just had to remove the cable tie holding it down the left hand side and rerouted it behind the cross member of the frame to the right hand side.

The only extra's I needed was a 10mm bolt and nut, and 2 cable ties. I did not even need to drill any holes.
