?I had to go for my licence. As I had some time to kill I decided to go to for a ride to Harties, Maglaliesburg on to Krugersdorp for the test:

After getting my licence in the legal manner, I decided to celebrate by treating myself to some gravel riding (turned out to be about 100k?s). Here?s the map ? I will not bore you with words, just enjoy the ride:

oh no! turned out that the bike was parked on some mole/snake tunnel!

Rumour has it that Wino went to a bordeel after the license thing - not for the usual action, but just to get someone to ride bitch with him.

Congrats ! I don't know how you guys can take pics of bikes lying on their side, I would race to my bike and try and pick it up as fast as humanly possible  :D  The idea of oil and coolant flowing where they should not scares me

Congrats Wino!

No better way to celebrate than going for a ride. Looks like some nice routes available in that area.

Hi Wyno, nice ride with nice piccys.
Two questions: When the TA was taking a little lie down (read nap) did you notice any fuel leak (reference TA.Org speculation you may recall).

Is this some special licence you went for? My licence says A & EB which I got a zillion years ago in Hennenman - was yours different?

Dude, I'm probably going to order a doohickey kit (tools, alles) in the next week or so, as well as the raising links from eaglemike, if your woman wants the lowering links, shipping involves throwing them in with my order.
Anyone else want the doo? We can have a doo weekend, think its $39 for the part, I'll already have all the tools.

Or....   Let her ride the TA, come to the dark side wino.

Congrats Wino - well done!  :D  :D

Reminds me af the day I went for my license. Did the car & bike on the same day at the KK's in Wellington.  Was a day after my 18'th b'day - 30 July 1981, my mom was the bliksem in with me casue I passed my bike lisence and failed the car one.  :D  :D

Guess it was a sign of things to come! It was/is my destiny. Who am I to argue with Higher Authorites? :?

It was on a Honda XL185S.

Fcuk I was stupid in those days. Knew nothing about adventure biking......just knew I had a bike that could go on tar & gravel and that was all that was important.
Used to travel from Riebeek West to Wellington every Friday afternoon & Monday morning for school. Stayed in the hostel. Guess that was the start of my adventure travel, going to school with all my k@k on the back!  :D
Those were the days..................... :D  Young, dum and full of cum, and now I'm just ...........aaah whatever! :D
