Lourens, you have a point, but I think your point refers more to the incorrect transcription of the thread title from the original report, where they refer to DUAL purpose bikes, and not bikes for the purpose of a DUEL.

If I were to be invited to a duel, I think I'd rather have a sawn-off shotgun than a bike as my weapon... now this is something we can fight about.  ;)

Don't be so serious!   ;D   Its meant as a joke.   :thumleft:    Anyway, everybody is "duelling" on this forum with their different posts, not real weapons.  We are a bit more civilised nowadays.   ;D ;D ;D

Oh, and please don't call me civilised. I might have to invite you to a "dual".

;D  A "dual"  I can do, with a bike that is!  :thumleft:

Indeed taking a XT660 to a duel with a GS 800 would be like taking a knife to gunfight ....  :ricky:

sorry could nor resist .... ok and now I can use ...  :pot:

Me, serious?  Sorry, I should have added the universal signs of wild dog sarcasm:   :pot:   :peepwall:

Pitty about the spelling on the thread heading but reading some posts, it does look like a duel! Those sour KTM okes had something to do with it im sure :pot:
