Well maybe not that easy for you RSA guys.....
Well if you have read my ride reports, you will have heard me banging on about how the Atherton Tablelands roads surrounding Cairns are the best in QLD, yet I never take photos of that area as I am too busy hooning around having fun.....well good news.
My mate Steve, a bike journo and bike photogrpaher par excellence, has started a business (a while ago now actually) running bike tours based out of Cairns. The best part is though you can be escorted, or just rent a bike and do your own thing. So it's never been easier to jump on a flight, get off the plane in Cairns, and spend a week in tropical motorcycle paradise. His website talks about bike rental and what have you, but also has excellent photos and descriptions of the riding in that area. So if you're interested in coming up here for a ride, check it out, I'll take a week off and burn around with you, show you the sights - if you aren't, that's cool too, check out the site anyway for a very good overview of the riding in FNQ.
