He pulls up next to me at the traffic light yesterday.  He looks my way, I greet, point to the bike, give him a thumbs-up and the jerk just looks away.  No greeting, no thanks, nothing.   :knob:

I'm also getting a bit arrogant, I never greet.  :xxbah:
But I'll greet back.

Although yesterday morning I was filtering heavy traffic on William Nichols, and a there was another guy on a bike in front of me who was 'filterering' at almost the same speed as the cars around him.  I was fuming behind revving like an asshole.  Then when I arrived at the robot next to him, I just ignored him.  That was a Monday morning, so I still have an excuse to be arrogant...

Look at the general consensus regarding the "non-Japanese" bikes. Go onto any bike forum and you are sure to see the old KTM vs BMW banter. I used to ride a XT550 that was stuffed beyond belief, so no attitude problem there. I'm not the typical guy as everyone thinks. My riding gear is minimal, my mods to the bikes are cheap/free, etc.

Attitude is something I've long lost.
